Costa Mesa-based National Charity League Inc. Holds Annual Meeting & Leadership Conference
More than 500 dedicated women from across the country representing National Charity League Inc. (NCL) Chapters in 16 states met recently in Bellevue, Wash., at the premier mother-daughter organization’s annual meeting and leadership conference.






National Charity League chapter plans a fashionable fundraiser
You Are The Fashion In Me. That's the theme chosen by members of the Southlake chapter of National Charity League for their big fundraiser fashion show, 2-5:30 p.m. March 28 at the DFW Marriott Solana. Junior and senior girls from the club will grace the runway showing off spring lines from local shops, including Girligirl Boutique, Austin Lorin, Impeccable Pig, Banana Republic, Ooh La La!, Buckle, Southlake Sports, Caché, Terry Costa and Al's Formal Wear. Rumor has it that the fashion parade will morph into a mini-theater production guaranteed to delight the audience.






NCL bakes homemade cakes for Women's Shelter
NCL hosted a mother-daughter baking activity, baking homemade birthday cakes for the women and children residing in the agency's emergency shelter for abused and battered women.






National Charity League Honors Seniors
Eight St. Joseph’s Academy seniors were among the 20 Baton Rouge-area seniors honored for their community volunteer work by the National Charity League (NCL) River Road Chapter. The girls, along with their parents, were the guests of honor at the River Road Chapter’s ninth-annual Senior Soiree, held March 13 at Stage 4.
