To foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.
By living that mission, NCL has been making a difference for many decades. For example, our Chapters provide the equivalent of nearly $18 million in volunteer hours annually in support of local philanthropies. Membership is a privilege and carries responsibilities beyond participation in a Chapter and involvement in a local community. The relationship between the National organization and the local Chapter members is mutually beneficial; it honors the prestige of a nationally recognized brand and provides for lifelong friendship and networking.
That is why consistency is the watchword of the NCL brand and is the foundation, structure and secret to assuring our ongoing success. By promoting the same identity across the country, NCL Chapters can own the strategic long range Vision of our organization.
